Fiscal Period
 Each fiscal period of the Investment Corporation shall be a six-month period, from May 1 through October 31 each year, and from November 1 through April 30 of the following year. Accounts are closed and settled at the end of each fiscal period.

History

April 27, 2005 Formerly Kenedix REIT Management, Inc., as a founder, filed for establishment of the Investment Corporation under Article 69.1 of the Investment Trust Law.
May 6, 2005 Kenedix Realty Investment Corporation was established and corporate registration was completed under Article 166 of the Investment Trust Law.
May 6, 2005 Application for registration under Article 188 of the Investment Trust Law was submitted.
May 30, 2005 Kenedix Realty Investment Corporation's Articles of Incorporation were amended.
June 6, 2005 Registration under Article 187 of the Investment Trust Law was approved by the Prime Minister of Japan (Registration Number: 36, Director of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau).
