Kenedix Realty Investment Corporation does not guarantee payment of the forecast cash distribution per unit.
Unitholders of record as of April 30, 2012 are eligible to receive the cash distribution.
The final trading day on the Tokyo Stock Exchange to be eligible for cash distributions is April 24, 2012.
